Shipping Locations

We currently deliver across India. Whether you're in a metro city or a remote town, we’re working to ensure our skincare powders reach you in a timely and secure manner.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, your order will typically be delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the courier service.

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 days

  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–7 days

  • Remote Areas: May take a little longer depending on accessibility

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
  • warranty card;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

FAQs

What if I return the product but a part is missing?

We’re unable to process returns if any part of the product is missing. To qualify for a return, all original items, including packaging, accessories, recipe cards (if applicable), and manuals, must be returned in unused and original condition.

How long do I have to return a product?

You can request a return within 2 days of receiving your order, as long as it meets our return eligibility criteria.

Who pays for the return shipping?

If the return is due to a defective product or a wrong item sent by us, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other cases, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Can I exchange a product instead of returning it?

Yes, we offer exchanges for eligible items. Please reach out to our customer support team to confirm whether your product qualifies for an exchange.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5 business days and credited to the original payment method.
